crp_is_relevance_ranked_pool

Filter whether the query fetches its pool ranked by the selected score column.

Return false for any ordering that ranks on something other than score itself - the pro recency boost multiplies the score in ORDER BY only - so the threshold reads the top score from SQL instead of from a pool that may not contain it.
